Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Used, opened, empty, or partially used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

To process damage or wrong-item claims, customers may be required to provide clear photos/videos of:

  • The product received
  • Packaging condition
  • Shipping label
  • The issue reported

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Empty or partially used bottles
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
  • Return requests made after 10 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or appear fraudulent.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may return the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to EU consumer protection laws.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return.

Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item received).

Policy Abuse & Fraud Protection

To protect our business from misuse and fraudulent activity:

  • We monitor return patterns and customer claims
  • Excessive or suspicious return activity may lead to refusal of refunds or future orders
  • False claims, chargeback abuse, or attempts to return used products may result in permanent restriction from purchasing on our store
